This page explains how Duty Roster Maker handles information and uses external services.
Roster entries and PDFs
When you generate a PDF, the roster title, member names, calendar contents, and notes are sent to the server. The PDF is generated in memory and returned in the response. The application does not persistently store the PDF.
Browser storage
When automatic saving is ON, settings are saved in your browser's localStorage. Clearing your browser's stored data also deletes those locally saved settings.
Analytics
Google Analytics (GA4) measures page views, language switches, the first edit, and PDF generation starts, successes, and failures. Free text such as titles, member names, notes, and calendar contents is not sent to GA4.
Advertising and external services
We use Google AdSense to serve ads. Google may use cookies or advertising identifiers. The external services used here are Google Analytics and Google AdSense.
